Hi Rob,
I started your FBF program last February...on January 1st I
weighed 226 lbs. By mid-February when I started FBF I was
down to 213. Now I'm at 184. I should have taken a before
picture so I could send you a before/after comparison, but
honestly, at the time I was just thinking about getting rid
of my excess weight and getting healthier. I'm not sure I
believed I could get the results I have.
I've already referred several people to your site when they
have asked "what have you been doing?"
You might want to be sure to note that I'm 57 years old in
two weeks. By the way, not only do I look better in general,
but I swear I notice some signs of "r.everse aging."
My hair color, for example - the progressive graying has not
only slowed way down, I think my hair has actually started
coloring back to the way it was 10 years ago. I haven't felt
better since I was playing basketball in high school
(literally 40 years ago).
... I can see the big changes (about 4 inch reduction in
waist) and some real muscle definition developing...

I am one of your success stories in the making. Have lost 12
pounds (by scale) so far and 4% bodyfat and I'm not
quitting!
I've never been on a 'w.eight loss' plan that has ever been
this easy to follow and to stick to. It is incredibly easy
to workout 2-3x p.er week for 20-30 minutes.
I eat a sensible, moderate and balanced diet without
counting a single calorie. I have gone from leg pressing 250
pounds to 350 and I'm a woman! :O)

Hello Rob,
How are you, I hope you are fine. I want to tell you that I
lost about 6 kg (13 lbs.) within period of 3 months, and
